About me
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
A Midwest transplant from Los Angeles, I am a former Paralegal turned freelance writer and social media strategist now living in Chicago-land. I love to challenge people to think and to educate themselves, all the while throwing in a little snark for good fun. An advocate for natural health and green living, I fully embrace the “eco-mom” title. I’m mom of all boys, and all three of my sons have autism. They are the lights of my world, and their view on life challenges and inspires me every day.
I can also be found helping the blogging world and the corporations who want to reach them, come together–kum ba yah style, as the Director of Community Development at One2One Network. I write at my NWI Parent Magazine blog, Stop Looking At Me, which is part of The Times newspaper–a Lee Enterprise company, and as a contributer for Chicago Moms Blog. I spend my free time (ha!) as co-editor of Mama Speaks, a product review blog for moms, by moms.
I’ve written in the past for sites like 5 Minutes for Mom, Rocks In My Dryer, Savvy Auntie, Alpha Mom and many others.
