I have a great group of core girlfriends and usually there is always at least one I can confide in to just give me an out. My husband is also my best friend and I unload on him frequently. Most importantly I try to remember, "This shall pass too" and think about how when I'm over the hill I can look back and remember the time that made me grow into the person that I became.
