		<description>I think the fact that you only ate HALF a cupcake last Saturday shows you are definitely changing your eating habits and thinking thin (plus you looked amazing).  There is no way I could&#039;ve stopped at just half a cupcake, as evidenced by the fact that I ate so much that I could hardly move off the couch. </description>

		<description>Girl, I am hitting the reset button, too! I just posted about how I over-celebrated my birthday month and then ate my way through San Francisco a couple of weeks ago. I actually put up a Weight Watchers type recipe. Hahaha!  
 
I kind of wish I had to a team to keep me accountable. Might help. Although, staying healthy for the eighty year old lady that is going to be running on the beach (me in 41 yrs) is pretty good motivation, too! </description>

		<description>I&#039;m on Team Black and were about in the middle for this week, but I think that kind of gave everybody a kick in the butt.  I like the idea of the teams.  I think it is great that you still managed to lose with everything happening.  When things are crazy that is when I&#039;m more likely to grab something here or there and then things go nuts.  It&#039;s fabulous that you are learning porrtion control because I think that is perhaps the most important part to losing weight.  I don&#039;t think people really take the time to realize how much food they really consume.  Keep on learning and losing!!
