What a beautiful word and perfect concept! Who invented this word, anyway, and why must the concept seem so elusive? I guess, like you, we all are figuring how to take TIME and make it work for the the "whole"... the whole as an individual, the whole as a family, the whole as an employee. Then there's the spiritual whole. I think of TIME as that pie chart with all of the little percentages, but the problem lies in the fact that the little percentages change by the moment, and they change inconsistently. As women, I know that our "pies" of balance are most difficult to control... it's this way across all time and all cultures... but we keep trying.
