Ours isn't too bad. We only have part of our carpet that got wet in the basement. We just moved some furniture around is all. As you said, it could have been much worse. I was one of those crazy people out driving yesterday, but in my defense I was taking a shop vac to a friend. That counts as a rescue, right? Thankfully I didn't get stuck like that red truck, but man, it was scary driving through that stuff. Glad everyone is ok! Wow, you did get your street hit hard. Ours isn’t too bad.
