Weekly Twitterings: My Favorite Tweets

by Arianne on July 27, 2008

If you are a new reader, and don’t follow me on Twitter, you may not know that I’m not always gloom and doom.  I think my lighter side comes out more effortlessly in tiny bursts, which is one reason I love Tweeting.  I decided to keep track of my favorite tweets for posterity, and of course just KNEW you’d want me to share them here. I know, how did you live without this until now?

Here’s the first installment of this week’s Weekly Twitterings:

Ha! I love it, I too cry to my closet about skinny jeans.

(I guess I’ll keep with the old lady pants)

and you have a bright boy if he already knows about the “expensive people”.

Skinny jeans are ridiculous and only look good on .0001% of the population. Ugh!

Really? Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2? Wasn’t the first one awful enough?

Thanks for giving us a reason to laugh in 140 or less. That takes talent! Laughter is great medicine for all of us.

I love you! This is too funny. You may have been sitting next to my FIL on that flight. (Only though if said man also looked like a hobo.) That “expensive” people advice is priceless. He is a smart cookie.

I think I saw all those the first time around. Perhaps I’m spending too much time on the Twitter.

I TOTALLY can’t fit into skinny jeans? I haven’t delved into Twitter yet–is it worth the journey? I DO have a site at Cre8buzz, tho, if ya wanna check it out! BTW, did you hear about our campaign to e-mail Oprah about Uncle Lynn & Pop’rs? The SITStas even got in on the act! Please drop by and see what’s happening in Aunt Julie’s neck o’ the woods!

Please…can you stop gloating about owning skinny jeans?? I have days when I can’t get into my fat ones.

Then I eat a Dove bar and I feel all better inside.

Great tweets!

I just had to add – please let the skinny jean revolution end. I don’t think anyone looks great in them.

Bring back the flared bottoms – everyone looks nice in them.
